Viavi is your one of a kind wedding floral experience offering 3 floral packages, the freshest & widest variety of blooms available and gorgeous organic design inspired by nature.

We use only the best blooms available for your wedding day. To us this means working with the largest variety of sought after wedding flowers.

All of our blooms are hand sown, hand harvested, sustainably grown & harvested daily.

Our weddings average 85% local (between our farm and other trusted local flower farmers) and 15% wholesale product (for items that do not grow in MI).

Our heart: We believe that everyone should be able to have flowers at their wedding and because of that we have created a unique 3 tiered system to help fit every budget.

The farm is located in Michigan and yes, we are available for travel!

Our three wedding packages are Full Service, À La Carte & Bucket of Blooms. Each one is available to customize for your big day!

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE

Our Full Service Package includes all wedding party florals as well as table arrangements & custom items such as arches & instillations.

This service includes multiple site deliveries, set up & tear down options, as well as one on one consultations.

Rentals available upon request.

À LA CARTE PACKAGE

À La Carte includes any items you would like made for the wedding party or for the event space, designed by the Viavi Design team, sold individually.

*This package is often sold in conjunction with the Buckets of Blooms Package as Part Service.

For example, we would make the wedding party items, bouquets, etc. and you would get buckets of blooms for the table arrangements to design yourselves.

BUCKETS OF BLOOMS PACKAGE
Buckets of blooms sold per stem for you to create & arrange with. Buckets can be 100% local (in-season May 1-Oct 10) or a mixture of local & wholesale.

Say you want local but really love things that are not grown in Michigan too, no need to be torn, you can have both!

Once you fill out the form below we will be able to calculate how many buckets you will need to create your wedding florals.

About the buckets of blooms:

What comes in the buckets?

Contents of the buckets is based on a combinations of your inspo pics/ pallette and what your goals are for the blooms… example… are they for stem vases or to make brides maids posies with?

Are they blooms and greens or just blooms or just greens?

The can be either! Again, depending on your desired goal, we will custom fill your bucket to suit your needs. Greens for the tables? We got ya! Mixed vases for the tables? We got ya! Stem vases and your don’t like greens? We got ya!

What’s the best part?

All blooms & greens are processed and ready to go. This means we do all the prep work for you! When you get your blooms you will all set to start designing with them.

When do I pick them up?

It is most common to get your blooms a day or two before your event so that you will have time to design.

How do I take care of them?

Simply store them in a cool, dark space, basements & air conditioned rooms or coolers (without any stone fruit!) work great!

No direct sunlight please and simply change water daily.

We do not typically limit the number of bucket services we do per week, we do limit the number of Full & Partial Wedding Packages we offer weekly.*
